Jan Cortez is a highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, with over 16 years of training experience. He began his journey in the sport in 2006, and has since amassed a wealth of competition accolades, both local and overseas.

One of Jan key strengths is his technical and methodical approach specifically to No Gi grappling. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise with his students. He is a member of the Philippine national team, and is respected within the BJJ community for his skill and dedication to the sport.

In addition to his impressive competition record, Jan is also known for his ability to inspire and motivate his students to give their best in training and in competition. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential, and is dedicated to helping his students develop the physical, mental and technical skills they need to succeed in the sport.
